Beginner’s Online Marketing

In this all-day workshop, we are offering training to businesses who want to boost their online presence. 

This is perfect for businesses who have a brand, a website and are ready to take their marketing to the next level.

The day is broken into 4 different courses including:

  • Google My Business
  • Introduction to Google Ads
  • Social Media for businesses
  • Professional photography with a smartphone

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. All you need is a laptop or tablet and your phone.

Google Ads Courses

This 3 hour course is a beginner’s introduction to Google Ads helping you to understand how it works, how to set up and run an account and how to make it work for your business.

Do I need to prepare anything?

The course will be delivered online so please ensure you have a strong internet connection. If you have a Google Ads account, please have your login details to hand.

Google Analytics Courses

This 3 hour course is a beginner’s introduction to Google Analytics. It is created to help businesses understand what Analytics is for, what information can be taken from it and how it can help your business with actionable insights.

Do I need to prepare anything?

You will need a computer or laptop and stable internet connection. If you already have an Analytics account, please have the logins to hand.

The course will be delivered by Alix Charles Managing Director at Alix Digital. Alix has a decade of marketing knowledge having worked in house, as a freelancer and for a number of top Welsh Digital Marketing agencies before setting up her own company. She has delivered a large number of digital marketing courses over the years with the aim of helping many companies learn, develop and grow.

Do you offer bespoke training? Yes. We offer a wide range of courses and each one can be tailored to your business, skill level and attendees. These courses can also take place online, at the Alix Digital HQ in Neath or at your office.  Get in touch to discuss your training requirements. I’m a complete beginner, are these courses suitable for me? Absolutely! The online courses which are suitable for beginners are marked to tell you. If you are looking for a bespoke course, these courses can be tailored to your level and jargon will be taken out or explained properly. I don’t have much time to learn digital marketing No problem at all. We all get busy from time to time, but that doesn’t mean you have to refrain from learning more about digital marketing. For people with limited time, we would recommend the online courses. Most courses are just three hours and as they are online they can be taken from your own home or office.
